Unless you have already been to see your broker or bank and have had any sort of discussions on what your budget is then dont put an offer in on a property you will be a bit shocked at what the banks are currently looking at.
Your broker will endeavour to get all the information that they ask for but just lately they have been asking for more and more information and the finance approval is taking a minimum of 28 days.
So be proactive and get yourself sorted with the finance and make sure you keep within your limits.
