YOUR TENANT PACK

Friday I sat through a tenant sign up with one of my property managers.

Gee by the end of it even my head was swimming with information there is so much to take in isnt there?

As a tenant it is really important that you make sure you understand everything that you are signing and its no use saying I didnt know (not with us anyway as we make you sign a check list).

If you think of anything that you need clarification on you just need to email us (or your rental agent) and seek that advice - up to three times I heard that being repeated.

I was really impressed with that sign up thought it was done very well, although going through it quickly (you would be in there for hours otherwise) you were being asked did you have any questions?

Signing up a tenant is a very important job and it sets up the way for the whole tenancy relationship.  We do value our tenants and we even have a tenant of the month award.  

Let me tell you though I wouldnt be a property manager for all the tea in china and thank godness there are a few out there that actually know their job and not just going through the movements.

Our owners should be feeling very easy that our ladies do a tremendous job and always working on your best interest whilst acting fairly towards the tenants.

Make sure when you are deciding to move on that you use our suggested cleaners, carpet cleaners etc. as our ladies will make them go back and re do the job if it isnt up to speed.  Some poor tenants have ended up paying double the amount through shoddy people and there is a few out there let me tell you.  Always ask for advice will keep you one step ahead.
