BAD TENANTS

You make think oh heck what does it matter if I leave the place untidy not cleaned and the property manager has been hounding you to hand those keys in.

Think again - if you ever want to rent through a realestate agency you will definitely be put on a bad tenant data base where all agents will see it and you will never get a rental through them.

Yes you can go privately but all you are doing is driving those private rentals to an agent as your bad behaviour continues.

Being a good tenant is far better and the glowing reports we have given on our tenants they always get their rentals.  Normally they are always sad to leave us as we try to be fair and reasonable towards tenants and owners and come to a solution.  Not always do the owners want to repair or replace things in the property and then the angst starts towards the property managers, give them some breathing space guys they are caught between a rock and a hard place.

Just remember that you are in the spot light and its better to get a glowing report rather than being on a data base that will hound you forever.
