Well the proof is in the pudding isnt it with how bad the banks have been treating their customers.

I have always suggested people go directly to a "good" reliable broker and we use DZL Wealth because they get you the best possible deal around.

The Royal Commission was told on Friday 27th April that AMP could face criminal charges and the Government would make sure that those responsible will be brought to account.  About time is all I can say.

People have trusted banks for years and those days that you use to deal with your bank manager direct, they knew you for years etc. they have long gone with the banks moving all managers around so they didn't get settled in one place - wonder what bright spark decided on that one?  The amount of business they must have lost would have been huge.

One good thing is that their bad behaviour has now been made public so all those customers if they are not shopping it around with a broker then they cannot say they have not been warned.
