MORTGAGE ALERT

Please check your interest only mortgages for your investment properties as you will more than likely find that when you try and re mortgage interest only they are going to say NOPE sorry you need to pay principal and interest.

One of my clients whose combined income was in my onion more than enough to cover her investment mortgage was knocked back by her bank - this has now alerted me to tell my readers and followers that you could be heading into dangerous ground here especially if you are over 55 they are going to look at you a lot more closely than they did when you were 40.
