TIME FOR A MOVE !!

After a long time at living in my house in Cottesloe (now into the 11th year in the new one, 14 years in the old weatherboard) I have made the decision to move to Mosman Park.

The new business is at 43 Victoria Street Mosman Park and I have an opportunity to move into a 2 year old home smaller block less work and I decided to take the plunge.  Much to one of my children's OH NO !!  what am I going to do without that beautiful theatre room - well it's not all about you anymore honey it's about me now.

I make decisions pretty quickly and once my mind was made up the deal was all done.

The clear out has been massive and two big bins have been filled up and the house has been set up for the home opens - what a job !!  I keep telling my clients that you need to give yourself 2-3 weeks to prepare your home for sale and I do mean that !!

Yesterday I got a sad feeling come over me as the house has been a beautiful easy home to live in and the location I have always loved but change is good and it's now time for another young family to enjoy this very special home.

Visit the website and have a look at the home and if you think a young family would enjoy it pass it on it will be auctioned on the 9th May 2015 at 12 noon however I will look at all offers before hand obviously.

My two baby dogs are in a state of shock not knowing what is going on with all this activity of course and they will just have to adjust like the rest of us.

Once you make a decision it's all on and upwards, now no one is allowed to sleep, eat or do anything in that house ha ha - joking of course but feel like renting something else so that it all stays super clean.
