THE NEW PREMISES

It's a wonderful thing to have your own premises in which you run your business from.

Vivian's Residential Real Estate has been in operation at the new premises coming up for three weeks on Friday.  There still is a lack of signage (still waiting for that to come) however we have put out enough flags you cannot miss us.

Our staff is growing we now have Kim Zimmer who has joined Team Vivian as the Personal Assistant and we are getting Julie Barker next Monday who will be selling in the Cottesloe/Swanbourne area - we are so excited to have these girls on board with us.  Unfortunately we have had to be very selective as our space does not allow too many staff and we are talking to another couple of people to fill that space - so watch that space.

We have 28 rentals and 20 listings on board now so the portfolio is growing.  Tonight we have put under offer 4/9 Boundary Road Mosman Park to a lovely lady from Claremont and we will be looking forward to having coffee's with her at the "Leaky Tap Café".

If you have not been down yet please go down for lunch Olivia has some really yummy things in there, the  salty caramel slice is to die for although she says the lemon one is the best yet !!  Hmm have not tried that one but I will.
