We had a fantastic time here last night from 5-8.45 - was supposed to be 5-7pm but people just wanted to stay and chat.
We got everyone to vote on the kids colouring competition dutifully putting their stars on the ones they felt deserved to win - thank you for that, I am sure the kids will be delighted next week when the winners are announced.
Some food was provided by "The Leaky Tap Café" the home made sausage rolls were a huge hit with people going back for seconds. Looked liked we were going to run out of champagne but Julie & I were already prepared and we did have back up - thirsty lot !!
The positive comments about the colour of Vivian's and the good energy that office exudes was very pleasing. We like it and we are having fun. Slowly building up our team members we now have 6 working at Vivian's with room for maybe one more person.
We intend to do Client evenings/seminars here on a regular basis as people are genuinely interested in what the market is currently doing and how better to find out than to ask the number two agent in Mosman Park - see REIWA stats, we were very happy to find that out yesterday.
