Well if you have not seen the sign at 43 Victoria Street Mosman Park of COMING SOON VIVIAN'S RESIDENTIAL I am just letting you know it's soon to become a reality.
Very excited about opening up our own business Gill Vivian, Trent Vivian and Julie Harrington are all together in this new venture.
We will be obviously selling properties but we have a leasing department also and thank you to all my clients that have all ready rung up and booked us in to see them at the end of January 2015 we will be taking on all new rentals. We aim to keep to our motto
"keeping it real" which means we will be keeping the business small and very personalised and of course the service will be top notch.
The building is coming along and we will have the LEAKY TAP - run by Olivia Vivian this will be a small café at the front of our business independently run of course and we will obviously be wanting the very best coffee on tap.
We aim to have all this up and running very soon and will keep you updated in due course on the progress.
