BANKS - FRUSTRATING

Not sure if anyone else has any problems but honestly when I ring up wanting a change on my accounts, statements or anything, "oh sorry madam not my department transfer you to the right one"  hold disconnect and go through all the same frustrating thing all over again.

Just been 42 minutes on the phone in total speaking with 6 different people - by the end of it the last person really cops it from me.  I feel bad also because it's not their fault that I am now in a foul mood as I have had to wait, say my full name six times, also my password etc.

Hate this automated world we live in with press 1, then 2, then 3 and hold for 15 minutes until we can get an operator.

I have always liked just walking into my bank having a quick chat with the girls more personal that way, however they way they have it structured there is only two in the bank anyway and you still wait "YOU JUST CANNOT WIN".

MAKE YOUR OWN DECISIONS AND GIVE IT A REAL GO !!
