LISTED SOLD WITHIN TWO HOURS

Friday we listed a two bedroom apartment that was tenanted and the owner was in there doing some touch up paintwork and a bit of minor works.  Listed the property went back to the office picked up some clients that had booked me to take them around Mosman Park apartments as they only had two weeks.

Took them to an un renovated one in Murray Avenue the same complex as the newly listed one, took them through the new one (which they were in love immediately with) and then took them through a couple of others.

What these buyers did was make a decision on the spot that this apartment was for them, came back to the office, made the offer and I rang the owner and it was all done within two hours of listing the property.

Now although not the norm it just goes to show how important it is to list with the agent that has a sharp mind and is able to cross match properties to buyers and make that special effort to get it organised to show them everything.

The buyers were thrilled to bits on having that opportunity plus having a person that has the knowledge of the complexes to be able to explain to them about the fee's and what's been done to the buildings, anything in the pipe line etc.

It's important to really know what you are actually buying into !!

Very happy seller as well and amazed at the speed of the deal done, wanted to know if they were a record on the time, well no actually did one in one hour (but did have the buyer all lined up to buy ha ha)..
